This is what you will be doing:

As an AI Enterprise Account Executive you will be the vital part of the sales cycle and responsible for converting qualified leads to paying customers. You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Widget Brain as the leading provider of automated scheduling technology and help develop customers into key references.

In this role, you will:

  • Effectively position Widget Brain’s products as the enterprise application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs in the German market
  • Drive complex sales cycles (6-18 months) through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
  • Build a pipeline by establishing relationships at named accounts
  • Align with the headquarters in the Netherlands about sales tactics and support

Job requirements

This is who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in business application or SaaS sales, preferably in a HCM or WFM environment
  • Based locally in Germany
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles (6-18 months) from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment and experience in enterprise sales
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and German
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred
